Very convenient location close to everything. Even having good maps and seeing it on goggle maps it was still hard to find as the sign outside is very small. The room was Japan size but clean and comfortable.

Excellent stay at this property. Our family really loved it. It is in the middle of everything you need to see (next to Kyoto tower, shopping centers, many restaurants, Kyoto station). The room was perfect for our family and had a great front view of Kyoto station.

One of my favorite hotels I stayed at in all of Japan. Very convenient location across from the train station and surrounded by shopping and restaurants. All of the staff were incredibly kind and spoke great English. Clean hotel and our room was very quiet. Would highly recommend this hotel.
