Amazing property. Stayed here for 5 days a week and a half ago. All the staff especially Robert were extremely helpful. Perfect location and the rooftop bar and views were incredible.

Nice spot for business stay in SoHo. Small but nice and clean rooms. Only complaint was that restaurant was closed for a private event on my last night and I didn’t see that communicated. There are few later night dining options (after 8:30 pm) open in the area. Great spot otherwise and restaurant has a great view.

Lovely plant decorations around the hotel, which create a very nice atmosphere. However, I was disappointed with the handling of my security deposit. A holding charge was placed on my account on 25 September, but it was not released until 25 October — only after I called to query it. The advisor I spoke to wasn’t able to explain why the charge had not been automatically reversed. If I hadn’t checked my account, I wouldn’t have known that the security deposit was still being held.

Excellent, would stay again

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at a hotel. Great views, room had such nice small touches (like a Paddington Bear and a piggy bank). What a wonderful experience overall.

Amazing hotel!

Incredible stay! Will only be staying here when I visit London. They were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Usually with hotels, there’s something I’m unhappy with or grossed out about, but not here. Restaurants are so good and rooftop bar is very cool.

Fun comfort

What a pleasant surprise. This hotel is perfectly located for work, dining, shopping, and entertainment. It’s not in a touristy part of town, but it is quirky and fun with exceedingly polite staff. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to London.

Great romantic weekend away

A lovely hotel with amazing views over london. Very well positioned for shopping and other activities london has to offer. There is a nearby carpark too should you drive to london and is onky a short walk away from the hotel. Bed was comfortable and shower was amazing. The water in the hotel is filtered so very soft and has nearly sweet taste. Its great that you can just refil your bottle as many times as you like

Original decoration and accessories; like in a forrest with many plants and bird houses a.o. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The views from the restaurant, bar and our room were beautiful. The shower was sensational: rain shower and handshower and the bathroom floor was spacious. Wonderful comfortable beds! In other words we enoyed our stay very much!

Such a CUTE venue. The construction wasn't too disruptive. The bathrooms are amazing and it is such a cozy, comfy hotel. The bar on the roof is a bit noisy at night and you can tell its exclusivity makes it a popular establishment but it can be disruptive for sleeping guests.

A wonderful hotel

We had such a lovely stay at the Treehouse Hotel London. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel special. Our room was delightful — beautifully designed with a cozy window nook offering fantastic views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a while. The shower was equally impressive — relaxing and just what we needed after a day out in London. We also enjoyed drinks and dinner at the rooftop bar, The Nest. The food was delicious, the cocktails were excellent, and again, the staff were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed, with stunning panoramic views. Breakfast at Madera, the hotel’s restaurant, was another highlight. The food was fresh and flavorful, the views were gorgeous, and the staff were just as helpful and welcoming as everywhere else in the hotel. A special touch that made our stay even more memorable was the thoughtful surprise of flowers and strawberries in our room to celebrate our anniversary. It was such a kind gesture and really showed the attention to detail the hotel offers. Overall, I would 100% recommend Treehouse Hotel London to anyone looking for a unique, stylish, and friendly place to stay in the city. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Won’t be staying here again

Had some issues checking in, managed to sort it, as me and my partner was being intimate a worker walked in to our room, seeing us in a compromising position, you can imagine my horror, I no longer felt comfortable being there, or leaving anything of value behind when I went out, I could hear the music from 15th floor most of the night it was very loud baring in mind I am also half deaf and was on the 12th floor, it kept me up, and by the time it all stopped I could no longer sleep..room has a few retro toys for kids, like a small Paddington bear, looks complimentary but they are NOT its priced at £60, only plus side most of the staff was friendly and the view was good
