Issues with security and not respecting the Do Not Disturb sign. Night manager was rude and arrogant. Day manager was professional and attempted to make up for the problems, but it was too little, too late. Do not bother paying extra for the room with a 'terrace' as it is a Juliette balcony/lexge and nothing more! Absolutely not worth paying premium. Spa is nice. Salon is lovely. Breakfast in the 'restaurant' is awful/a complete waste of time. Order breakfast via room service for much better and more quantity food and way better service (with a small service fee, usually around 5-10£, nothing more). Bellhops and doormen are lovely. Location is top notch, but hotel is over priced.

The hotel is very clean and well designed (although the lifts can be a bit frustrating at times). However, the stand out feature is the service. The doormen, the reception, the concierge and the cleaning staff are all exceptionally helpful and polite, making you feel so welcome all the time.

Amazing property with an amazing team

This is a freshly refurbished property, and they have knocked it out of the park. Service is off the scale. Sadly the steam room and hot tub were out of action, but apart from that they excelled in everything Special mentions to the staff that made the stay so special…Jonathan, Maria, Natalia and ash…these guys went above and beyond The personalised room keys are a nice touch
