Iskoldt værelse og forfærdelig morgenmad

Værelset var IS koldt og meget mindre end det så ud til på billederne. Derudover var morgenmaden så dårlig, at vi hellere ville give ekstra og købe noget andre steder. Servicen var okay, da de var venlige og rare (for det meste). Vi ville bestille noget mad gennem roomservice en aften og fik af vide, at vi hellere bare skulle bestille en pizza, da der ikke rigtig var nogen, der ville lave maden på tidspunktet. Alt i alt en rigtig dårlig oplevelse...

Great location

Great location, friendly staff, clean, a little dated and the pillows are very uncomfortable but the beds were lovely and big. Good selection at breakfast but the hash browns where hard in the middle.

Quaint with a fab location

Quiet street, older hotel, excellent staff. A little noisy from smokers outside but Jacky moved us - no problem. Both rooms had everything you would expect. Both rooms were very clean. Breakfast was fab, the waiters were efficient and friendly. The sausages were particularly tasty. I do not know why there are so many negatives for this hotel, yes it is a little shabby chic but I would stay here again. Fab location.

Sehr nettes Personal, schneller Check-in, Frühstück sehr lecker. Allerdings wurde ich im voraus nicht über die Kaution von 50 Pfund informiert, mein Zimmer war alles andere als modern eingerichtet, im Bett konnte man jede Feder spüren und der Ausblick auf den Hinterhof mit Müll ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig.

staff attitude not great. Told we had been upgraded but would hate to see a standard room. Very noisy outside room. Dustbins emptied 7am Sunday morning and staff from other buildings taking smoke breaks outside our window at 4am.

Great weekend stay

Hotel was room very clean, was well equipped with toiletries, tea coffee etc . Staff at both reception and in dining room were very pleasant and helpful . Full English Breakfast which was buffet style with also a good selection of fruit, yogurt and baked goods. Very happy staying there and great location

Correct et bon emplacement

L’hotel est très bien situé et propre. Le personnel est très bien. Par contre le mobilier, les tapisseries, l’état général n’est pas top. C’est vieillissant mais pour deux nuits c’est tout à fait correct. Les hôtels à Londres sont assez chers donc c’est un bon rapport qualité/ prix.

Excellent location, nearby Green Park & Hyde Park, Oxford Street is 10 minutes walk. Marble Arch Station is also 10 minutes walk. So many restaurants within the area, However, the hotel is outdated & very old.

Viihtyisä. Tosi hyvä aamupala. Huone aina hyvin siivottu. Rauhallinen, ei kuulu melua mistään. Sijainniltaan ihan kymppi. Syrjässä vilkkaalta kadulta, mutta kuitenkin hyvin keskeisellä paikalla kaikkiin nähtävyyksiin nähden. Ainut miinus, hiemankuluneet ja nuhjuiset lattiamatot, ja kalusteet. Paitsi wc kylpyhuone- tosi siistiä.

Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse på Park Lane Mews Hotel! Centralt och smidigt läge gör att man enkelt promenerar till Carnaby, Piccadilly Circus, Hyde Park mm, och man kan lätt ta sig runt antingen med bussar från Hiltons hållplats eller med tube från Green Park. Rent och bra rum, och generellt trevligt bemötande, samt riktigt bra frukost - vi kommer gärna tillbaka!
