Booked in to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. We wanted to use the spa, relax and revisit Hoxton where my husband worked in the 1990’s. Hotel was great although email communication before check in was slow. Staff, particularly the breakfast staff were excellent. We enjoyed the pool although couldn’t book treatments. Room was good and the area great for us.

The Breakfast was amazing. We were greeted so welcomingly by all members of staff. There was a lot of positivity in the building and it showed. Definitely one of my favourite London hotels now.

I paid for breakfast through Expedia and the hotel told me this was not confirmed to them and had to pay £50 deposit to hotel for room and breakfast until it was sorted. I’ve still not received my £50 deposit back
