Maybe we expected more for a big football club like Chelsea- disappointed. Carpet in the foyer is visibly disgusting and the reception (being renovated) needs a good upgrade- by the time we found the makeshift reception in the building across I was ready to leave before we checked in. Looks old and run down- staff were good once we found where they were. Breakfast was ok.
