Staff throughout the resort is extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of hills on property but there is always someone to give you a lift if you don’t want to climb them Spa is great and a good deal. "This resort is stunning. We stayed here for 10 nights, and can genuinely say this was our best hotel expereince. It is a family friendly resort, with lots of activities to keep everyone happy. 5 pools, which are all kepy very clean, and well attended by staff. The beach is just across the road, a word of caution, wait for the security guard to flag down the traffic before crossing. Breakfast was included for our stay, and we felt it was very good, lots of choice, plenty of coffee, and the wonderful staff, who greet you with a smile. As you can hopefully tell we were very impressive with this resort, and the staff who helped make it our home from home for those 10 wonderful nights in Phuket."

The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Throughout our trip, our daughter unfortunately became unwell, and the staff went above and beyond to help us in every possible way.
