"We ran into issues at the airport and couldn't get home for two days. The Rosen Inn was the perfect place to land. The staff was extremely understanding and did everything they could to help us. The location was perfect - there were lots of things to do in the area as well as places to eat. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The value was great for the price - I felt like I was at a much more expensive hotel. "

We arrived early we were able to store our bags and use the property. Lots of the kids to do. Both Lucas and Mark were fantastic at the front desk. Centrally located, yummy breakfast each morning. "Family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teens 18 and 17 - we fully enjoyed the 2 bedroom space - everyone was able to relax and have their own space We travelled without our own car - and were able to use the resorts shuttle to get to grocery stores / coffee shops / Disney springs quite conveniently. Only thing is with having 2600 rooms at the place and many travellers - more shuttles would have been ideal - looks like they will be starting to use an app to request the shuttle - this may be better when it starts up in the future. "
