"Staff were really friendly, and the hotel + amenities were very enjoyable."

"Blanchisserie pratique mais surpeuplée"

"Beautiful hotel in an interesting and fun area in Kyoto!"

"Staff throughout stay was absolutely amazing."

"Warm like home, location is good. Great staff."

"One of the best experiences I’ve had staying at a hotel! English friendly staff and staff always willing to help and overall a warm welcoming experience and had the room was immaculate and perfect for unwinding after a long day of walking! Close to many things! Would stay here again!"

"The property is in a great location, close to train station, great shopping, food etc. Room was very comfortable. It is a bummer that people with tattoos are not permitted to use the spa, I would have liked to experience this."

"Wonderful!"

"Great location, beautiful hotel, spacious room."

"Very close to Kyoto station. Loved the entrance. Hotel staff was very accommodating. As with the other hotel we stayed at in Tokyo space is an issue. Traveling with several pieces of luggage it is a real challenge. Add in umbrellas to dry out. We managed but stubbed our toes a few times. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was excellent."
