Muy bonito, con un personal muy atento.
El único detalle es que el restaurante principal en las noches solo atiende de jueves a sábado y nosotros llegamos el miércoles. Tienen una opción con carta limitada en el bar."

"We were waking up at 7:30 am with a terrible noise coming from the AC, they took like an hour to come to the room and stayed in our room fixing the problem like 1 1/2 hrs. We got into the room at 5:00 am and we were trying to have a good rest that we couldn’t because the annoying noise. We complained with front desk and nothing was done. "

Entretanto, Elevadores lentos, o barulho do exaustor do banheiro irritante e ensurdecedor e sem opção de desligá-lo, o banheiro, apesar de muitas lâmpadas, falta iluminação central, móveis velhos. "The hotel is well situated and is considered a historical site in the Cali culture. While it is well maintained, it is very evident that it has not been remodeled since the early 90s. The room and it’s bathroom felt dated. Also, keep in mind that they do not have transportation; thus, you have to arrange for taxis or private car service unlike other hotels in the area.
