The staff were truly outstanding and went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. Yes, it is alot of money to stay at this resort, but it was truly a once in a lifetime experience! "

"Location is good. The property is clean. The river view rooms are nice, a bit small unless you get a balcony room. The small double bed was comfortable. No air conditioning. Breakfast room has wonderful river views. Breakfast was just OK. Like most things in Aguas Caliente it's over priced. "

"What a wonderful hotel in every way. Small, clean, quiet and excellent service. If you are planning a trip to Machu Picchu peublo (Aguas Calientes) this is the place to stay. It is next to an active train line, but noise from that is infrequent to not be an issue. We also booked two excursions through the hotel which were excellent. The restaurant is delicious and the spa services were also great. A river view room would have a balcony overlooking the river and with breathtaking Mountain View’s....

Appreciated the airport pickup, the staff of this hotel is great! We were able to leave the luggages also the breakfast was very good and convenient before the trip to Macchiu Picchu . Very nice view !"

"Good hotel with a good Swiss breakfast. Dinner was from a set menu and included one appetizer, one main course, and one dessert. Drinks were extra. We didn’t feel full after dinner. The room and bathroom were quite small, and it would have been nice to have slippers provided. Access to the spa, sauna, and pool was also at an additional cost. Overall, I don’t think it was worth the price."

"The hotel met our needs. Wish the pool and hot tub were working. Breakfast was nice but when they run out of food, they don’t get more. Safe area in MP, but the locks, windows, curtains or small patios didn’t provide confident security. We enjoyed the stay, liked the culture of the hotel and slept well with comfortable beds and pillows. "
