"Good location, good breakfast, , request to pick up at train station on arrival, for delivery luggages to train station on departure. Very helpful and friendly staffs, 24 hrs free tea and coffee"

"Room was very clean and also pretty upscale for South America. The shower has good pressure and temperature, though it takes a minute to heat up. Once it does, it's stable. Bed is comfortable and there are lots of outlets for devices as well as a table and chair. Very close to the bus station for Machu Picchu as well as the train station. The only downside to my room was that I don't have any visible windows. The other rooms do have though. Overall, I found it very private and comfortable."

"Had a great experience at this hotel. The staff gentlemen I dealt with (Ronaldin and Joseph) were both very helpful to me and my family. The location of the hotel was near all the local restaurants which was perfect. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of items. When I learned that there were no taxis coming to pick us up to take us to the train station I was stressed over having to walk to the station with large luggage but Ronaldin volunteered to take our luggage for free. I couldn’t...
