Very good facilities despite the restrictions of the Covid 19 pandemic situation. Breakfast is very complete and diverse. Good paid buffet on the first floor as an alternative for lunch and dinner.

Overall it was a good stay. The breakfast staff was not that friendly but the hostess was really nice. Place was dirty on the outside/windows but the hotel room itself was clean and room service was great. Pool and gym are small but overall good. It was okay overall and would stay again but expected more for the price.

We loved the large room and the amazing view. It was also walking distance from food and fun and, of course, the beach. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The room smelled like smoke a bit at night, but opening the balcony door helped with that....but some mosquitoes got in that way. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This place IS NOT was it used to be.....Every time I came to Chile I stayed at this place but for my next visit I will be looking for a new one. This hotel now is dirty a bad bad customer service. I am really disappointed. Many bad little things happened during my stay. Even the surrender areas are bad and made feel unsafe. Casino was terrible and almost impossible to get a drink. Overall "Bad Experience"

Estuve en la habitación 501, esta da una vista hacia el sector de la ciudad y parcialmente hacia al mar. Lo positivo: Es un hotel bastante limpio, conectado evidentente con el casino, un buen frigo bar, desayuno incluido con varias opciones. A unos pasos de transporte en común, restaurantes y el camino costero entre Viña, Valparaiso, Reñaca, Concon.la velocidad del Internet (wifi) es excelente Lo que menos me gustó: Al llegar al hotel el servicio de la primera recepcionista no fué para nada el esperado, al parecer era nueva en el hotel, pero aún así, parecía estar más interesada en su celular que en atendernos, su colega muy amablemente completó el proceso de registro y le enseño a la aparentemente nueva recepcionista a terminarlo, no obstante esta no se vió muy interesada en aprender , más bien en su celular. En la habitación, y no sé porqué, el hôtel habia trasformado el sofá en una cama que no necesitabamos. La habitación no tenía o no logré encontrar puertos USB o enchufes cerca de la cama para cargar nuestros celulares. Estás obligado a dormir con las cortinas cerradas, ya que el hotel tiene unos focos en la terraza de la habitación que la iluminan por completo y evidentemente no te dejan dormir , entonces olvidate de querer despertar con la vista del mar. Y si bien es completamente personal, no me agrada cuando el botones te dice "necesita que le ayude", ya que la verdad no lo necesito, en su lugar debería decir, "me gustaría ayudarle o puedo ayudarle "

Estadia ok, no para lo que se supone que es. no había carta de roomservice disponible y el wifi es horrible. Necesitaba hacer mis trabajos en línea y no pude por la pésima calidad de internet. Limpieza regular. Buena vista eso se destaca. Comida ok pero habían moscas en el bufé.

Amamos a experiência

O Enjoy é maravilhoso. É verdade que é um hotel antigo e o que senti falta foram... tomadas! Mas nada que atrapalhe a excelente experiência. O quarto é enorme, enorme mesmo, com uma cama king deliciosa, uma varanda debruçada pro mar (todos os quartos tem varanda com vista para o mar) e um banheiro com banheira separada e 2 pias. O café da manhã é excelente. A entrada do cassino é paga, mas os hóspedes tem acesso gratuito. De vez em quando o sistema não funcionava, mas a recepção resolvia rapidinho. A piscina aquecida na cobertura é 10! Todos os colaboradores muito atenciosos. No entorno do hotel existem vários restaurantes, bares, etc. Não é um hotel barato, ainda mais que são pocos quartos, mas valeu cada centavo.

El check-in tardío es algo complicado. Encontrar los enchufes a oscuras (las lámparas estaban desenchufadas) fue muy molesto. Y resultó que los enchufes estaban a nivel de piso, casi imposible para mi edad.
