"Arrived really early and got the room without a problem. Staff is very courteous. Stayed at this hotel before and its location is the best feature. The hotel needs some TLC since it looks and feels worn down. Doors do not close right; mattress is very uneven, and rooms are very basic. The AC control does not work. Again, location, location. "

"Pool was cold, so no one used it. Everyone was crowded in the jacuzzi. Also, the Saunas didn't have a co-ed option, so you can't enjoy it with a partner. But everything else was magnificent. Will definitely stay again!!"

La única queja del viaje fue que me caí en la ducha porque el piso fue muy resbaloso. No me dañe mucho pero por poco. Hice un reporte a recepción y me preguntaron si me hacía falta ver un médico y mandaron un tapete antideslizante. Me gustó el trato tras la caída. Definitivamente volveré en el futuro y...
