"Good location nice experience "

"Hotel muito bem localizado, perto de bons restaurantes e das maiores agências de passeios da cidade. Hotel fica literalmente em frente ao maior shopping de Rovaniemi, local onde tem alguns restaurantes, dentre eles uma pizzaria bem saborosa, lojinhas de lembranças e lojas onde pode-se comprar roupas de inverno e botas, caso necessário. Funcionários da recepção bem prestativos e atenciosos, assim como os funcionários do restaurante. Quarto e banheiro de tamanho razoável, cama bem confortável....

"Nice staff, pleasant breakfast, and seeing the aurora borealis while lying in bed is an incredible experience. But it still can't quite justify the price. Quite a few short black hairs on the pillow (neither my wife, nor I have black hair) and if you don't get an igloo at the edge of the property, the light pollution is probably too bad to see much. A shame that a hotel that advertises seeing the northern lights doesn't at least dim the outdoor lights after 10pm (or put them on a movement...

"Siistit huoneet, ystävällinen palvelu, hyvät parkkipaikat vieressä. Helppo mennä kelkalla jäälle. Runsas aamiainen ja kiva kun oli jo aikaisin aamulla. "

"This place is a bit outside Rovaniemi (18 min by car) along the road towards South. We took it to accomodate us on our way back home from family skiing trip at Levi. The building is an old schooling facility for the forest rangers. You can feel the history of the buildings but inside the rooms you have a modern touch. The rooms are very spaceous and allowed easily our 4 person family to fit in with ease. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpfull and nice. There was a sauna also...

"Beautiful hotel. New. Quiet. Staff was great. We got upgraded to Aurora cabin room. We enjoyed our stayed wonderful night. We told her that we need to leave early morning before breakfast. So she gave us breakfast box last night. So kind. We will be back here again the next trip in Lapland."

"Overall nice stay! Buffet was delicious and probably the best buffet I have ever had. Rooms were very nice, especially if you’re lucky enough to have a sauna in your cabin. $40 credit for VIP membership didn’t do much. It was for public sauna or snow shoe rental only. "
