"Apukka resort had very nice Glass Igloos with beautiful surroundings. Resort had several activities offered - Husky rides, Rein deer sled rides etc. We however preferred to enjoy the already available activities like Rein deer farm viewing, Frozen lake walk, Fire camping , snow tubing , snow Sledding there . Breakfast was exquisite with several choices ranging from jucies , desserts, main course food like oatmeal, pancakes, varieties of breads, cheese . We stayed here for the glass igloos experience and hopes to see northern lights. For our bad luck it was a very cloudy day that night , else the resort is far away from Rovaneimi lights and a perfect place for northern lights viewing . "

"Great restaurant open till late. Central and handy location. Comfortable, well equipped room. Very good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again if in Rovaniemi."

"No hot tub but staff was awesome very clean although it would be better to have snowmobile rentals or golf cart rentals available for older people the walk back and forth to where the activities are can be inconvenient."

"It’s a resort for people who want to be active. Active in the sense of skiing, etc.. the laundry facilities worked for what we needed. Staff was helpful. The lookout Tower gave a beautiful view. "
