"Touristy place, location is great. Rooms was in a cottage, common entry for two rooms. It can get a bit noisy when the neighbors arrive. Room had a sauna, awesome! Bed very comfortable, and reception personnel very friendly and professional. Breakfast was good with many choices. While I stayed the place was not full."

"Förmånligt boende 400 m från centrum, 250 m från köpcentrum. Bra med parkering, bra bastu och skön säng. Det negativa var badrummet där duschen inte hade något skydd så vattnet flöt runt hela utrymmet och man måste lägga handduken på golvet för att vistas "torrskodd" där. Frukosten i normal/enklare format."

"Great location - just out of the city, but close enough to taxi. Comfortable rooms (especially loved the sauna in our room!) and great breakfast. Also able to do a great nature walk with the kids just outside our front door!"

"Very central to the city. Quiet room. Very clean. Had a small issue with aircon that was fixed immediately. Outstanding customer service considering there is no on-site reception. Recommended hotel."

"A truly unique and memorable stay. The ice sculptures are stunning and create an incredible atmosphere, and it’s a great spot for seeing the aurora if conditions are right. Just note that half board dinner in the ice hotel requires an upgrade fee, and you’ll need a car or shuttle to get there as there’s no public transport. Definitely a one-of-a-kind experience."
