"Such a wonderful stay at this hotel. Is was a little nervous initially to book but I'm so glad we stayed here. It's a small hotel and a little bit further out than others but it's a completely short walkable distance to the town center and bus stop to the Santa village. There's plenty of food for breakfast and the choice to pay extra for evening meals. Staff are so wonderful and the hotel and area was so quiet when we stayed in March which we loved. "Start with the positives: the breakfast was good and the room nicely sized. Neutral: The toilet/shover was outdated. Negative: I was very disappointed because I had asked about EV charging before through Facebook. They neglected to mention in their response that they charge a 10€ flat fee. The property has schuko sockets available so there’s no way to charge 10€ worth in one night. I would have been ok to pay a reasonable price per kWh."

"Overall, the room was good although there should be a tv in every room which we didnt have. It wasnt fair that some guests had a tv when we had to watch our phones. The toilet and shower were overall clean. The fridge and microwave in the room were a bonus however we have stayed here before and other rooms do not have this. It was quiet in the nights and the room temperature were always warm. Thank you again for a lovely stay in rovaniemi."

"This was a complete waste of money and time.1 they had no staff other than the manager and a so called cook The rooms were not clean the smoke alarms did not work and the door locks wouldn’t lock. The beds were grubby and needed changing no clean sheets the food served was not up to standard the manager said he had lost his staff before we arrived they all took Christmas holidays entertainment was a pool table we had to rely on trips to the main Santa Claus village on a 140 kilometre round trip...

It had limited eating options, but it didn't matter at all. There were so many fun activities (both free and with charge) that we were busy all day the days we stayed. The staff completely made our stay. They were fun, friendly, helpful, and even gave us ideas and ways to change schedules around to accommodate some things we ended up wanting to do. If and when we travel to Finland again, this would be the one repeat we would definitely do!"
