"The Hotel itself is super cute. With that real Finnish vibe. Stylish, elegant, quaint. Room clean, my view was amazing. Beautifully located. So Picturesque!! I wanted to love it so much! But here are the fails. The staff need some serious customer service training. No smiles were seen, and certainly not a “How was your stay? ”
It’s a busy time of year, but I was taken by surprise at how many families with young children. Definite vibe Killer! There’s no lift at this property, and no one to help...

"Location was fine, close to restaurants and shops. Parking was easy and cost 9€. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy breakfast, for we had an early flight. Personal was absolutely great! We would definitely recommend it!"
