"The hotel is beautiful and run by helpful, friendly staff. The 24 hour bar with a view of the pyramids is fantastic but Giza it’s self held very little charm. "

"Absoloutly amazing, I’ve been in the hospitality trade at top level and this was right up there for everything. There was only one thing that wasn’t too much of an issue and is being worked on was WiFi as internet was needed to scan for the menu in placate restaurants however they do have menus in case this doesn’t work. Other than that staff were amazing from cleaners to managers, food was amazing and plenty full. Truly amazing place and I can’t wait to return to my second home again and enjoy the comfort and location of it all again. "

"We had an upgrade to executive suites, with breakfast and dinner inclusive. Room cleaning was done regularly. The female head of the executive suites was ver polite and supportive. "
