"There was a bit of a confusion when I booked a 2 bed chalet without realizing it had only 1 bathroom. So I had to upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite and the difference was the same amount as the 2 bed chalet, So I basically paid double to get the upgrade, I had also assumed it was all-inclusive, and it’s not. You pay extra for that, but I fault expedia for this confusion because the description is not clear enough and it only gave me the option for breakfast. Now, apart from that, I will give this resort a 100/10, the staff are AMAZING and super helpful, its very clean, they go over and beyond to ensure they meet your needs. My butler Hossam was excellent, he really took care of us, all the restaurants accomodated my requests for extra spice as it can be bland because of the clientelle. The activities were excellent, I mean the kids were super upset to leave. We will definitely be visiting again. Hanan checked on me everyday, housekeeping was always available, like he knew as soon as we stepped out, Mohammed, Ahmed, Mahmoud.. all were amazing..
