The hotel staff went above and beyond in making our stay perfect. We arrived early, were given early check-in. We spent the day on a snorkelling trip and were welcomed back despite not spending a second night in Sharm. I highly recommend the resort. Lovely staff, good food and so accommodating our every need.

I had a very good stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh. The resort and its location are excellent, and it’s very close to the airport. Pre-booking a transfer is not really necessary — taxis are easily available on IDrive and very cheap. I paid around £3 from the airport to the resort, which is very reasonable. The resort itself is large, beautiful, and well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere. The grounds and facilities are impressive, and everything feels spacious. Food quality depends on personal taste. Some dishes were really good, but I felt there could be more variety, especially when compared to resorts in Antalya, where food choice and taste are generally better. A wider selection would make the experience even better. Overall, it’s a great resort, excellent value for money, and I would recommend it, especially for its location and overall comfort.

Absolutely loved this resort. Big, beautiful and amazing! I love the private beach. I booked a sea view room and it was an amazing view. Next time will book the “beach view” to be a bit closer to the beach!

Average or below average resort

Check in people need to get additional training on customer service. They were below average in terms of handling customers questions and concerns and they lacked the welcoming attitude. Beach is mediocre. Nothing special at all. Food is good. Pools are great. I wish I could say I’d go back. But that experience I had when I checked out and my family were standing waiting for our ride and no one even asked if we need help or offered to help carrying our bags left an extremely bad taste.

One of the best all in resorts in Sharm - the staff and flawless service is what makes this hotel special. The foods generally good, although more effort could be given in the a-la-cart restaurants. The coral reefs by the beach are amazing and entertainments are world class!

The resort was so clean and all the staff were exceptionally friendly. We felt so comfortable and so much at home. The facilities were remarkable from the variety of choices in the buffet all inclusive meals. My children also really enjoyed the Hippo kids club and the staff there were equally friendly. Overall loved the resort and would definitely come back again.

The pool area was nice and the staff around it were entertaining. The beach party was amazing. The hotel taxi service was convenient. Yasmin and Katrina at the reception were pleasant. I liked the hotel cruise which i booked. Dining options could have been better. The hotel overall was lovely. But very disappointed at the beach.

Sharm Nabq Stay

Hotel was clean and very tidy with staff continually maintaining the public areas. The food was good with an excellent choice every day with different specialties every day so not like other all inclusive where they sometimes do the same foods every day. As you’d expect in Sharm the level of attentiveness to customer service was of the highest level. Making my stay a thoroughly enjoyable one.

The hotel was nice and the front desk staff was friendly, however we felt a bit misled by the all inclusive we thought we'd get. The all inclusive only includes one restaurant out of many choices and there were restrictions on which alcohol and when we could get them. I would recommend this place with a good price but don't count on it being all inclusive like you would see elsewhere.

It’s not luxury if one has truly experienced luxury ala Dubai. That said, it’s functional and the staff decent and good. Had a great 10 days and would recommend it with the caveat to manage expectations with regards to the ‘luxury’ side of things.

We had a lovely holiday at this resort. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food in Fellinis was superb as was the beach grill restaurant bar. The only setback is you have to book Fellinis and the Red Sea wharf restaurants. Make sure you book as soon as you arrive otherwise you might not get the opportunity to eat in these places. The pools around the resort has something for everyone. The Red Sea is great for seeing a variety of fishes. I would recommend this resort if you are visiting Sharm Al Sheik.

Grounds were well kept and clean. Property was stunning, not tacky like some older hotels. Very aesthetic and modern. Food at buffet was great. Italian Al a carte restaurant wasn’t our favorite. Save time and just stick with the buffet. Went on 6 dives over the span of 3 days. Had a different instructor each time and they were all great. Staff was super accommodating and always offered a helping hand with anything we needed: Loved our experience here!

Everything was perfect. We were amazed by the hotel. The hotel's food was delicious. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. This holiday I had with my family was not enough for us and we are already planning to come again. I would especially like to point out that the best thing about the hotel is its staff. Reception, cleaning, bar, all were very friendly and polite. Thank you very much especially Hamed Ahmet. Also Hamza and Emad at the reception helped us a lot. Thank you very much for everything. Our stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort was amazing. All staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We stayed at the hotel with the beach as opposed to the adult one. It was only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The facilities within the hotel were worth the fee we paid. The buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner had a variety of selections. The hotel itself was beautiful. Excursions werent far - we booked through the hotel and they were good value for money. Main attractions were within a 30 minute drive. Would recommend grabbing taxis from outside of the hotel as these were half the price. Overall an amaxing experience and would definitely come here again.

Resort was ok, the executive suites have not been refurbished, they are very old, damaged and tacky. We changed over to a junior suite even then not all that nice, the smaller rooms were better condition. Check in took 1.5 hours for some reason. Staff were very nice and friendly. The lady at the spa counter was very rude and unprofessional.

Nice short stay

You pay for what you get. food Was ok, fresh, not a lot of variation. Kids club had limited activities for children and it wasn’t really Advertised you had to go look for it. Lovely pools, beautiful beach. Nice service, waiters great! Service at the pool fantastic. drinks Bought to the table. Nice cocktailsAnd local beer ok, wine not good! Check in took a very long time and it wasn’t busy at all. Although, free upgrade was very much appreciated!
