"Room was good with a large terrace outside. Hotel is very nice and has 3 lovely restaurants. Breakfast is extremely good with many options both hot and cold. Reception staff are helpful with taxi pricing and ordering taxis. This is our 2nd stay here and both times have been wonderful - right on the banks of the Nile. "

"Wonderful hotel for our family with three daughters! Our room was huge and very nice. The owner is terrific and we felt like we were at a home away from home while there. They offer a lot of tour options as well, making it very convenient. The area is quiet and safe. A nice rooftop breakfast with great views of the mountains and hot air balloons each morning. If we are ever back in Luxor we will definitely stay here again. "

"お部屋はスーツケースを開けても十分なくらい広く、ナイル川も見れて良かったです。ただ、設備が古いのでシャワーブースの水が溜まる、暖房がつかない、Wifiが弱いなどあります。禁煙のリクエストを入れてましたが、ないのか喫煙部屋でした。お部屋自体に臭いはついてないのですが、他の部屋からの煙がかなり入ってくるので、近隣の部屋の喫煙状況によって、かなり苦しいです。あと、ロビーから吹き抜けが続いているのですが、音がかなり響いて、人の話し声が夜中でも響いてきます。 朝食は朝食会場で食べてないので評価できないのですが、ブレックファーストボックスはかなりボリューミーです。 道を渡った所の通りにはレストランが沢山あるので、食事には困らないかと思います。 クリーニングは近隣の口コミの良さそうなお店よりお安いので、ホテルでお願いした方が良いかと思います。 レセプションのスタッフの方には本当に親切にしていただきました。West Bankのプライベートツアーを依頼していましたが、お迎えが来なかった時に色々な所に電話して下さいました。本当にありがとうございました。"
