"It’s was wonderful experience the staff were very helpful and the place was very beautiful"

"Very disappointing experience at Tolip el Galala Heights. Our stay was booked from August 27 to August 31, but the experience was so bad that we couldn’t stay even one full night and checked out the next morning. The check-in process was a complete mess. We spent almost two hours waiting to check in. The reception was overcrowded, luggage was everywhere, there was no clear queue or proper system, and both the manager and staff were avoiding guests’ questions instead of giving clear answers or...

"The rooms are a bit outdated even the restrooms. Our room had a horrible smell coming from the restroom it was unbearable but we stayed at the beach most of the time. Food was wonderful and resort was great overall."

"I have been visiting Stella Di Mare Grand Hotel in El Sokhna for almost 15 years, but unfortunately, this was by far my most disappointing experience. The bathroom ventilation in my room was not working, and despite a maintenance visit, the problem remained unresolved. The room furniture has also become noticeably old. The food quality was disappointing, the beach service was poor and not always friendly, and I had concerns about the cleanliness of the pool water. There were also many group...

"The room was nice and spacious"

"Overall experience is very good starting from quick and rapid check in to accomodation, very helpfull friendly staff, rooms in a fair condition not too good but not bad at all, rooms are well equibed, well furnished, view is great, pool is fantastic, food is delicious and have a good varaiety, however mantianance work all around is a little bet disturbing, also presence of oil wax (شحم) all along the beach is very annoying, frustrating and disappointing, aside from this the shore is rocky so it...

"Severe Safety Risks, Misrepresentation, Illegal ID Retention, and Unacceptable Conditions I strongly advise all travelers and families to avoid Porto Sokhna Chalets. What was advertised and booked as a standard hotel stay turned out to be an unmonitored apartment setup run by aggressive third-party brokers. This stay was a complete nightmare from start to finish: Illegal Retention of Personal Documents: Management and brokers illegally withheld official identity documents, including my...

"Travelled with family for few days. The kids loved the pool and the beach was fantastic. Animation team was fantastic. Rooms and surrounding areas could use more TLC. The food was too much of the local flavor and the not so much variety....."
