"Amazing place "

"Overall the hotel is fantastic. Would definitely go back. Superb location on the banks of the Nile, lovely room and swimming pool. Disappointed that the half board package only allows access to one of the restaurants as this was not mentioned when booking. Also the Tropicana snack bar was not good - the bar surface was very dusty and the food was served almost cold."

"Stay was almost perfect. Reception and rooftop bar only ok, the rest spotless. On some days slight smell of diesel in the hallway. The rest was amazing! "

"Sayed and his team did a great job. Followed through on everything. We arrived at the airport, had a driver/tour guide, went on a tour, then to boat, which was as advertised. There are a lot of boat options - so I just asked for photos of the exact boat which he sent, and it was exactly that. This was all arranged on short notice too. The tour guides were generally good and vehicles all great which was nice after coming from Cairo where a taxi/Uber quality is so poor. I would recommend book...

"This is a great spot! It’s located on the West Bank, away from the hustle and bustle. We used the transfer service the hotel offered which was on-time and very reasonably priced. The hotel itself is super! Immaculate! They have a pool, bar area where they serve beer, wine and some spirits. The restaurant was very good as well. They have pizza and burgers, if that’s your liking. We went for the set menu offer which included local mezze, soup, a main (Egyptian or International), and a dessert....

"Es una propiedad muy bonita con vistas al nilo impresionantes y tienen servicio de shuttle para moverte de lado a lado del rio, ademas tienen servicio de concierge para organizarte la excursion que gustes. La comida del hotel es bastante buena, mi unico problema fue que el internet era terrible, no funcional. Y que nunca pude usar la alberca porque si llenaba de hojas de los arbiles ya no te dejaban usarla pero fuera eso, si me volveria a quedar si instalan repetidores. "

"I appreciated being in a quiet setting. If you are looking for mountain views, hot air balloon views, kind hospitality, and delicious meals then this is the place for you. The Owner has great connections in arranging trust worthy transportation to take you anywhere for the day. If you need anything, don't be afraid to ask. I enjoyed feeding the local dog. This was my second time here and I plan to return."
