"Enjoyed every restaurant they had. Good service and friendly staff. I would return and recommend. We did NOT like being harassed to join their promotions where you had to spend minimum 5000 and ise their hotels and STILL pay when booking. This took over 3 hours just to get a 30 minute massage? We were ON VACATION !! NOT BUSINESS. This part we DID NOT LIKE!!!"

"The majority of the staff and accommodations were AMAZING ! The food was a big disappointment. The buffet meals were bland and cold. We did enjoy The Wok and the italian restaurants for dinner. Miguel, our butler, was extremely friendly and attentive. He was awesome! The seaweed did take over the beach so we were unable to swim in the ocean which was a huge disappointment."

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....
