"The place was great and beautiful but make sure they refund the deposit they take. They did not for us and when I followed up. they gave a long run around and we have not still received. It is unfortunate as we would have gone back and recommended but now this put a very bad taste of the dishonesty. "

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"Overall a great resort. Stayed in a swim up room which was great. The beach is great and they work hard to keep it clear of seaweed. Plenty of food drink options. Connection to all of the other Bahia areas makes for good walking and more food/bar options. Critiques - the evening entertainment is basic and sometimes fun but in generally tacky so kinda fun.
