"Mi experiencia en este hotel fue bastante agradable en general. Todo estuvo muy bien y disfrutamos mucho de nuestras vacaciones. Sin embargo, hay dos cosas que considero que el hotel debería mejorar. Lo principal fue la situación con el aire acondicionado, ya que afectó un poco nuestra comodidad durante la estadía. Considero que este es un aspecto importante que el hotel debería atender para ofrecer una mejor experiencia a sus huéspedes. También me pareció un poco decepcionante que la piscina cierre a las 7:00 de la noche. Cuando uno está de vacaciones, espera poder disfrutar de las instalaciones hasta un poco más tarde, especialmente después de pasar el día fuera. Pero quiero destacar especialmente a Omar, uno de los bartenders. Fue una persona muy atenta, respetuosa, amable y siempre con una excelente actitud. Personas como Omar son las que realmente hacen la diferencia y logran que uno se sienta bien recibido y disfrute aún más de sus vacaciones. Su servicio hizo que nuestra estadía se sintiera de 5 estrellas. En general, tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable. Si el hotel mejora la situación del aire acondicionado y considera extender el horario de la piscina, creo que podría ofrecer una experiencia mucho mejor. Y definitivamente, empleados como Omar son un gran ejemplo de la calidad de servicio que uno espera encontrar en un buen hotel."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay at Sunscape Coco Punta Cana! I had an absolutely amazing experience at Sunscape Coco Punta Cana! From the moment I arrived, the resort had a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to settle in and enjoy the vacation. The staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Their hospitality really stood out and made the entire stay feel special. The resort itself was beautiful, with a great tropical atmosphere, well-maintained grounds, and a gorgeous beach that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean scenery. The all-inclusive experience was excellent, with plenty of food and drink options throughout the day. I also enjoyed the variety of activities and entertainment, so there was always something to do whether I wanted to stay active or simply relax by the pool. What I appreciated most was the overall laid-back vacation atmosphere. It was the perfect place to disconnect, enjoy the sunshine, and make some great memories. I would definitely recommend Sunscape Coco Punta Cana to anyone looking for an all-inclusive Caribbean getaway. "My husband and I recently came back from our vacation and I wanted to take a moment to share the great experience we had at this amazing resort. The food was delicious, the resort is awesome with lots of amenities and lot of options for food. They have plenty of activities and the staff is absolutely amazing, we received great service from almost everyone here. They were very attentive and helpful. We would like to give a special shout out to Yvelisse, Kendry, Maria, and Chef Tecuri who made our experience even more amazing with their service, they always went above and beyond every single time trying to exceed our expectations, making our experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend this resort, we will definitely come back in the future."
