"Staff and food great"

"Not for anyone with mobility issues. All stairs and hills. Nothing indoors so if it rains your only option is a very small casino or the lobby bar at Tropicana. My partner slipped on wet lobby floor and broke his nose and we got no assistance. Luckily a guest was a Canadian doctor who assisted us. All 4 of us had food poisoning. Property smelled of sewage and mold. Mini bar in room never stocked. Unless you are a member you are treated poorly by staff. Beach was unusable. Waterfalls at pools weren’t on at all. Power continuously went out. Couldn’t get dinner reservations unless we ate at 9pm. Buffet constantly ran out of food and or wasn’t hot. Shuttle service was nerve racking with the drivers. I would not go or back or ever recommend this resort to anyone. "

"The staff was amazing! The receptionists, cleaning crew, restaurant workers, etc., were all kind and helpful. Also, the location, right near the ocean, was awesome. If you enjoy being right next to the ocean, this is the place. Lastly, for being all-inclusive, I thought the food was pretty decent, not great, but decent. On the other hand, my room was definitely dated. The shower barely had any water pressure, and the mattress was very uncomfortable when sleeping on my back or side. My preferred positions. For reference, I am 6’1 and 180 lbs. Lastly, visitors are not allowed to see you at this hotel. Knowing the area a little, I believe that this a good rule. However, keep that in mind if you wish to see family or friends in the area. "

"Could barely see the ocean. They put us on the ground floor right next to the snack bar and truck delivery for that food service. It was terrible.😳😩 Took longer to check in this time three different folks kept saying 15 more minutes 3 different times we finally went to the room and it was ready. So we got our luggage to room and never heard from front desk. Our TV had to be replaced after 3 times reported not working. Had to have AC reset and my daughter next door was using blow dryer and blew a breaker 🙈. Who knew you could only use bathroom outlets for that. They did respond quickly to calls. Oh worst of all being in that room we could not be comfortable sitting in balcony or getting dressed in the room as we also were at a common busy walk way for all to peer at us."
