Nice resort. Rooms are dated (some are renovated apparently) and housekeeping was spotty - some days our used glassware wasn’t removed and we weren’t restocked. When late at night, food is no longer good. Shows are okay but definitely can be better. Activities are okay as well, I've experienced and seen better in other all-inclusive resorts.

Room needed maintenance. Bathroom faucet loose from counter, carpet near bed was soaking wet with some gooey soap/shampoo substance. Reserved 2 Premium King rooms--not available when we checked in. Our swim-up suite was beautiful. It was in spa block 1 and got plenty of sun on our patio. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel was stunning with beautiful areas, pools, a stunning beach, and restaurants. The food was top class, the best I've had at an all-inclusive.

The staff at this hotel is top notch. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms are immaculate. There is housekeeping offered twice a day, morning and evening.
