Property is exceptional, and the check in/check out process was incredibly efficient. Only issue is that we did not receive the food/beverage and casino credits that were offered with this reservation.

Service and overall facility was excellent. The staff are all really friendly and go our of their way to make the stay enjoyable. They are not overly intrusive which gave us the privacy we were looking for.

The name speaks for itself…. The resort is truly excellent. One of the very best all inclusives we have been to and that is saying a lot as we gone to many over the last 30 years. Excellent customer service. The staff was always so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were cleaned and organized. The food was good as well. The hotel is in a great location. My friends and I had an amazing trip and we will come back.
