The room was very spacious, clean, and spotless. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the entertainment was fantastic, keeping guests engaged all day. The food exceeded expectations, honestly better than Xcaret in terms of room and food options.

The beach is the most quiet and beautiful in Cancun. Staff were amazing! The room was spotless. Peaceful holiday conducive to digital detox. Beds are wonderful. We love this place. The staff is amazing, the food is fantastic, and I could really get used to lounging at a pool all day long. Can’t recommend Live Aqua enough!

The room was great for what it was, a bit outdated but with how my night went I'll gladly come back and pay again. The staff are very friendly and I kinda miss counted the deposit fee a few times and the staff was very patient with that 😂.
