"My stay here was nice. The room was okay but the bathroom always had a foul smell. There are no elevators so if you don,t get the ground floor you will have to carry your luggage up two or three flights of stairs. They waited until the third day of my stay to give me some house keeping regardless of my request. The don't replenish hair conditioner which is important to know because the pool dries out your hair. some of the staff at the food stations had bad attitudes. The shuttle bus needs to...

"I had a great time on this resort but my only issue was staff never came and cleaned my room even after asking numerous times. I also had to keep asking for towels because they never dropped any off. Other than that it was a great time and vibe. "

"The room was dated, there was a musty smell in the room. The bathroom hooks were broken, the bathroom doorknob was finicky. The food at the resort was ok. Staff is very friendly and nice! The beach was beautiful!"

"Clean room with a beautiful view of the ocean. Friendly staff who recommended lots of sights to see and foods to try. From the US and the rooms do not have “traditional” plugs but they do offer adapters at the front desk. "

"Staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Room was clean. In room coffee was good. Room itself did not meet expectations. The standard "city view" room was a half basement with a small window looking at eye level onto the floor of a narrow alley - not the airy room shown in the photos. The "private bath" was a toilet in the corner with no fan so any smells would linger. The ceiling was so thin that if your neighbor was walking around up at 4 am to pack for a flight, you were also up at 4...
