"The entire trip was messed up because I told them expressively, including Expedia that I was arriving Friday night, but really coming in on the 18th because it would be 1:30 AM. They booked me for the following day with out checking in because I originally had the correct time in there. Not only that I have to find a very expensive hotel just for the evening to rest. I had to eat the charge because they would not reverse charges back and they knew the night before that. That was the wrong...

"Clean room, helpful staff. Room a biyt outdated but nice and spacious with everything you need. Pool was excellent as were the grounds. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Nothing fancy but very tasty and well cooked, good value for money. 25 mins from airport (12km), easy drive just a little traffic to consider"

"This Hotel is amazing. It's easy to find and there restaurant also has amazing service and food. Parking is private and secure they have a great run behind the rooms on the main level if you are looking for pet friendly. Highly recommend this Hotel. "

Les lumières du corridor nous empêchaient de bien dormir car les rideaux ne sont pas assez opaques. On nous avait dit que l’on aurait des céréales pour déjeuner mais il n’y avait que du café. "

"This property was a downer. Coming from the US at 1am in the morning in this dark house wasn't the first impression I had imagined. But I understand that it is a very small private property made into a hotel which it is not. It's more like a BnB. Room was small and bathroom was smaller. It's fine for one night at the rate you won't find anything else in town. Airport is pretty far from San Jose city, about an hour outside. This property was only 10 minutes from the airport so that was great."

"Spent the night after my flight and before taking the shuttle to Arenal. Daniel and his sweet wife were great!!! They are wonderful people, helped me with everything I needed and everything was from their hearts! The rooms are basic but clean, nice little garden. It is about 15-20 minutes away from the airport so you would hear every plane very loud but you would hear the same from any other hotel in that area."
