"Very nice hotel with superb services and delicious food."

"Rooms were beautiful."

"This is more than a hotel, it's like being in a dream of relaxation and beauty. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Our room in the annex was gorgeous with every amenity we could have asked for, the tub was perfect, and breakfast in the morning was delicious. As we soaked and in the morning during breakfast, we gazed out on the mountains as the storm passed, and it was like being in a beautiful film. I can't compare this hotel to anywhere else I've...

"露天風呂付きの和洋室に宿泊しました。 テラスからは紅葉など木立が美しく、爽やかな気分になりました。"

"Western type property inspired by the Japanese aesthetic. Great onsen."

"Las habitaciones son antiguas, y tiene un olor a humedad, las instalaciones cumplen pero por los precios que manejan creo podrían ser mejor , el plan de comidas está muy excesivo el costo para lo que ofrecen , pero en general fue bueno ."

"Good service The hotel is a bit old but everything is well maintained The room is quiet pricy"

"Location is nice. Close proximity to the bus stop with a Family Mart right next door. 10 min bus ride to the ropeway. The rooms are big and the private onsen was the perfect way to start the morning and relax after a day outdoors. Beer on tap & you can mix your own drinks. Non-alcoholic drinks also available and refreshing."

"The Onsen (hot spring facilities) was fantastic, especially after a long journey. Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. Mostly Japanese food but there are a few choices for those who don't like Japanese food. For me, the meals were great. Sushi, Sashimi, lots of different choices. A true test of Japan. Never had the same thing twice as there were too many choices. Not to mention they had beer, sake and some other alcohols available as part of the buffet. Didn't see anyone abusing...
