"This resort was nothing short of amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment you entered the doors. Rooms were modern and views from the balcony were captivating. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet the most in comparison to the lunch and dinner options. My favorite restaurant was the Asian restaurant which came on top for ambiance, food options and taste. There was always an event going on at the resort which kept you entertained from foam parties, rooftop parties and lounge parties. The resort is in walking distance to the strip. Downsides to this resort the elevators were slow, and staff try to upsell you. Also, you aren’t able to dine at the specialty restaurants on your first night because you have to set reservations atleast 24 hrs in advance. Nonetheless, this resort was amazing and I would return and recommend this to others. "

"First impression was great—close to the airport, positive transport experience ending in a lovely lobby. After checking in, an oily salesman type guy intercepted us in the lobby with unclear motives. After he took down our info and requested $20, we were signed up for “the welcome breakfast.” Which is just a way to make you sit through a sales pitch for their luxury vacation club. The whole situation was very uncomfortable. Even though it’s an all-inclusive, there are areas that you can't use unless you buy into their vacation club. Finally we got to our room, excited for the Grand Master Suite we reserved--a large bedroom with separate living area described as perfect for a family of 4 looking for space and luxury. So the small room we were given was incredibly underwhelming, with one bed. When someone was finally able to help us, he told me this was “an upgrade” because it had an ocean view. I pointed out that there was only space for two people to sleep. He arranged for two roll away beds, which barely fit. I insisted on getting the room we had paid extra for. It wasn’t available until mid-week. We were on vacation, and we made do for a couple of nights, until we packed all of our things and moved to the other end of the hotel. The staff was not apologetic and would not refund the extra we had paid for the 2 nights we spent in the lesser room. We managed a pleasant stay at SeaDust, but there are many, many options in Cancun. If you can afford better, probably do that."

"Clean room staff were very friendly and helpful We went with 2 year old and they have fun water park. Food was tasty and the buffet had lots of option. Asian restaurant is good as well Will definitely go back "
