"Very nice hotel room and grateful for the bar which served good until 11.30!"

"Room was very quiet, forgot we were at an airport. Bit of a walk to get to so make sure you take a cart if you have alot of luggage. We ate supper and breakfast, both were great with good choices for both adults & kids"

"As soon as you enter the hotel you are met with a very fresh and clean aroma which continues throughout. Very comforting. The reception staff were very polite and friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. The breakfast is quite expensive, especially following the addition of service charge, but worth it with high quality ingredients, well presented and a quite exceptional cold table. Our room was comfortable with a very comfy bed and pillows and very clever bathroom configuration. This impressive hotel is perfectly located being within easy walking distance to both the town centre, a stroll along the river or a walk in Richmond Park. We would definitely recommend and return in the future "

"Exceptional value! Triple room was perfectly prepared for our stay. Room was clean and bathroom amenities were as expected. Breakfast is free for kids under 15, and so was the shuttle to the airport. We could have used a shuttle from the airport to the hotel as well, but unsure if one was available. Better description of shuttle services would be nice. All in all, I would definitely be looking to stay at Preimeir Inn location s again!"
