"Overall, we loved the hotel, great location downtown. The hotel is actually made up of two separate buildings in close proximity to each other. We were in the second building. The main issue was the fact that you have to walk up a full flight of stairs to access the elevator. This could be very troublesome for people with heavy luggage or with accessibility issues. But the staff at check-in were very friendly and helped us with our bags to the elevator, and again when we checked out. We booked...

"Very nice stay in a well set up hotel. High ceilings and clean rooms with all you need. Great breakfast buffet. Ask for a room facing the water, the other side faces the railway and it can be noisy. Overall very nice hotel for business or short stay "

"Stayed in a 4 female bed shared room. Bed was nice, clean and spacious. A lot of noise from bathroom, and upper rooms, doors opening and closing , etc. Breakfast is an extra 6 euros and not so many options, but still.was good and comfortable if you dont have much time. You can stay until 11 am and work while you get endless coffee so I would advise to get their breakfast. Check in is long, as there is usually a line, also in the.morning for breakfast you'll have to get in line so go early...

"The staff at Mama Shelter were really great. Warm, welcoming and accommodating! They even helped us out when we had brought the wrong plug adapters. The Mama Medium rooms were great, big and comfortable. Only thing I’d say was the air con was a tad noisy and the door to the toilet was very thin and not very “sound proof” so you have to be very comfortable with who you’re sharing with! The roof top bar was our main highlight! I wish my garden could look like that."

"This smallish hotel was wonderful. The room was great. The water pressure in the shower was incredible. That staff was very helpful. The only negative note was the breakfast buffet. The hotel's owner insisted on charging 20 euros for mostly cold food plus badly cooked scrambled eggs. No option for eggs to order. A truly bad deal. But don't be put off: right nextdoor is a little coffee shop that was great for light breakfasts. "

"I took the hotel parking for 10 euro a day, BUT be careful don not ever park opposite or along the hotel parking spaces these are reserved for local residents, if you do they will chain your car with heavy fines. You can use underground public parking just near by"
