"This was such a wonderful hotel! Centrally located, safe area, easy to reach other parts of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the piano entertainment at night, and the gym was well appointed. Our was large, beautiful, clean, with robes, slippers, umbrella, and chocolates. We would definitely stay here again."

"This was the best hotel in Lisbon! We found Lisbon to be somewhat crowded (especially when cruise ships are in). This hotel allowed us to walk all over Lisbon and be in the best areas but out of the hustle when we return. That was amazing. This hotel had the best service and I would compare the service to a Ritz or 4 seasons. Everyone is attentive! We appreciated that! We thought the food was amazing. The bar drinks were too.
