I booked a room here for my daughter as she had an overnight layover. After checking in at close to 11pm, my daughter had some food delivered to the hotel and she went down to the main doors to pick it up. Upon returning to her room, she found a woman with an access card entering her room. My daughter confronted her and in English replied she was house keeping and doing a room inspection. When my daughter pressed her for more information she pretended to only speak Portuguese and ran off. My daughter went to the front desk and complained and while they seemed concerned, nothing was done to make her feel safer. I messaged the hotel and felt our concerns were heard but with the seriousness of the incident we can’t recommend a stay here. Random staff should never be entering rooms at such a late hour to do any kind of “inspection” especially when it’s a young single woman’s room.

The hotel was clean and is a short walk to the airport, but they run shuttles every 15 minutes, so it was very convenient for us having an early morning flight. The dinner buffet was just okay, for the price I would have liked more options, but it was convenient as there were many options in the vicinity. If I ever fly out from Lisbon, I'll use this hotel again.

This is a typical airport hotel - there was a buffet for breakfast - and not sure about other meals. We chose to eat next door at their sister location - and really wish we had stayed there - but it was fine for what we needed. Staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport since we had golf bags and multiple suitcases and wine. Best money we spent. They do have a shuttle but we decided that would be a juggling act.
