The initial room I was assigned to had a bad Oder coming from the bathroom. The front desk immediately moved me to another room that was in excellent condition for the remainder of our stay. The front desk also did a great job in administering my 4:00 AM wake up call and in scheduling my 4:30 AM cab to the airport.
