"We had a fantastic stay at the Martinhal in Chiado. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 nights and the accommodation was excellent - very clean, spacious, quiet and great that the bunk beds were in the living space as opposed to the main bedroom. The breakfast was good - not as comprehensive as other hotels I've been too - but enough choice to ensure that everyone was well fed before heading out for a day tackling Lisbon's hills. "This was such a wonderful hotel! Centrally located, safe area, easy to reach other parts of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the piano entertainment at night, and the gym was well appointed. Our was large, beautiful, clean, with robes, slippers, umbrella, and chocolates. We would definitely stay here again."
