One elevator damage, full of unsupervised young people shouting and running. At 8:30 making loud repairs so we can’t sleep. They had a ramp but is closed so you had to take your luggage through the stairs. Tv controls doesn’t work an excellent bath tub but doesn't work to take a bath tub terapias after a long day walking. Breakfast is good and train station is near the hotel. The hotel is really clean.

The people who work here are very helpful. One standout was Edward in the café who went above and beyond with his effort to ensure our needs were met. The hotel is not conducive to handicap access and accommodation. There is no elevator access to the main dining room except for a very difficult use of the service elevator in a remote part of the hotel. Not user friendly for a handicapped person. The ramp for wheelchairs and walkers was always closed, necessitating awkward access using steps. The room was very nice and spacious. Coffee, tea and water included. There was a small amount of black mould in the bathroom but cleanliness was generally very good throughout the hotel. The streets around the hotel are not easy for a person using a walker to negotiate but that seems to be the case throughout Lisbon.
