"Only reason we gave staff terrible was staff in their bar. We waited over 20 minutes and nobody came and cleared our table or take our order. Two different wait staff just looked over and ignored. One other visitor sitting next to us went to complain and she was told there was a football game going on. Went across the street to the star and had drinks and good meal within minutes of arrival. Front desk staff were great."

On another day, I arrived to a buffet that was out of scrambled eggs (the only cooked eggs offered other than hard boiled) - I immediately informed the staff and...
