"I wished the coffee stations will be at lobby along with water before 8am we are traveling early in the morning for tours and I really would appreciate have them in the lobby plus coffee in the room was not very good! Other than that everything was great this property is really well maintained- very clean! Food was very good! Activities for kids very well organized! My kids loved it!"

"Blue Bay is becoming an old facility, When we arrive my wife went to take a shower and the shower handle fell off, the towel rack and the bathroom was also falling off the wall. The staff at Blue Bay is excellent. The food is mediocre and very repetitious. The specialty restaurants are a joke you have to make a reservation and the food there is not very good either. This Resort came as a high recommendation but the people that recommended it to us were there 10 years ago. From there description and what I saw the property is gone downhill quite a long ways. The swimming pools are very nice however they lack any shaded areas at all. I would not spend my money to go back to this Resort again!"
