"We really loved our stay.
Pros: staff was super kind and helpful everywhere, the Jungala hotel suite is beautiful, shower, bath products, main pool, Jade store, ability to walk on jungle paths everywhere or take trams, food in most restaurants is good! Jungala Aqua Park was awesome. Not too big. Great for a young family.
Cons: doors in suite dont all close completely (closets, bathrooms), concierge is very available but doesn't always follow through on requests (asked 3 times for child's bed to be made in living room but just ended up doing it ourselves with sheets provided in closet)

"We love it here! Small, manageable, lovely — the vegetation, the rooms, the pool (jhovan and Consuela delivering ice cream around the pool) and the beach is stunning !!! It’s more low key than some and we love that. Shout out to the staff that works so so so hard for it to feel this lovely. We are so grateful!"
