Clean hotel, great staff, great food. Hotel needs some TLC but overall in good shape. Had issues with the hot water, sounds like it's a boiler/heat source issue, could be resolved with a new boiler. Front desk very helpful and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp or in person. Beautiful views, very quiet hotel. Great staff, great food. Great place if you are looking to relax.

We stayed at Senses by Artisan the 1st week of Dec 2025. The Service Staff like Chewie (nickname) and Pedro, keep the place alive. Its clean, the beaches are beautiful. The room and view were awesome, the beds are comfortable except the pillows(awful). Downside was the front desk staff, it always felt like we were bothering them. You do need to taxi or drive anywhere to see stuff but this didn't bother us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

What a phenomenal boutique hotel. I have never experienced a small boutique property quite like this one. Every room overlooks the ocean and is incredibly spacious—approximately 1,000 square feet—which made the stay feel extra special and serene. This is not a party hotel, as there are no organized guest activities. Instead, it’s a place designed purely for relaxation—perfect for enjoying the ocean views, the pool, and the peaceful atmosphere. Finding the hotel was a bit unusual, as it’s tucked deep into the forest, but that only added to the charm. It truly felt like a hidden gem 💎 with strong Tulum-style vibes. The all-inclusive experience was good, though not exceptional. There is only one restaurant, and the food options are somewhat limited. Portions are quite small, so you’ll likely find yourself ordering multiple dishes to feel satisfied.

Pros- Friendly staff/ attentive staff The room was nice Con’s-The property is very far from anything , certainly for the older crowd, no activities I’m thinking adults only pool parties good drinks definitely not ,when I arrived on the property there was construction men welding the water fountain, the room next door was under construction nosey all day , the pool was blocked halfway due to construction, while in the pool there was a guy on the other side corking and putting new tiles ,hotel is very outdated , although the food was all inclusive it wasn’t very good neither were the drinks … as lovely as the staff were will not be back

If you’re looking for peace and tranquillity away from the crowds of tourists this is a beautiful little gem of a hotel situated right on the beach of the Caribbean Sea. The staff is amazing and super friendly - and the food was amazing!
