The coffee bar had great coffee. It was Halloween weekend so there was an all night party and the lobby, bar, restaurant area got very loud and crowded, but was to be expected. The hotel is gorgeous! Would highly recommend and would stay again, not on Halloween, though lol

My room basically in the reception/coffee area and next to the back door. People chatting outside my room. Uncomfortable bed. Only positives: was it was clean. It was cheaper than the alternatives!

This is a great hotel for single travelers. My queen room was small but very clean and cozy, perfect for one person. It was pretty quiet. The location is great, right near Penn Station and the Empire State Building. I could easily walk anywhere. There was also a free breakfast, which I appreciated. The staff were all very nice and helpful and the building seems well maintained, I asked for bar soap instead of the liquid containers and they quickly helped me. I would stay here again!
