"Avoid like the plague. This place is unfit to stay in. I had expectrd outdated and basic but what we got was filth, disrepair and no privacy due to the missing blinds in main areas. I took off the mattress protectors and would advise nobody sleep in those beds. Filthy, stained mattresses throughout. We left early and complained directly to the owners. Could not have cared less. I eventually got a full refund from Expedia, having pointed out breach of statutory rights and the owner's own...

"The hut looked really shabby from the outside but, thankfully, it was better inside. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but there were no towels or tea-towels, dishcloths etc. and no tea, coffee etc. The bed linen wasn’t great, with stains and burn marks on the duvet cover. The mattress was stained. As a one night stop-over on a bike ride it was OK, just."

"This caravan should not be getting advertised and should not be allowed to be used,it is disgusting and unsafe, awful caravan and nothing like the pictures advertised,do not book"

"It is a nice property and suited the family well. Reception couldnt help us find where the property was. We had received clear instructions when we booked but with the lack of mobile signal, couldnt find this info when it mattered. All our fault, but we did take some time to locate the property"

"We had an absolutely lovely stay. The place was super cozy, beautifully clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The heater worked perfectly, and everything inside was pristine—clearly very well cared for. The chalet itself was wonderful—charming, peaceful, and with a romantic atmosphere that made it perfect for couples, while still being ideal for families. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and the activities available, which were all just a short walk from...

"The chalet was exactly as advertised and was spotlessly clean and well presented. There are 2 bedrooms..both are quite tight for space but comfortable. All the amenities looked newish and worked perfectly including TV, heated bathroom mirror (a godsend!) and kitchen appliances. Nice space outside for a BBQ with a table and 4 chairs. The real plus is the location. Genuinely less than a 10 minute walk through the village to Oxwich Bay which is a beautiful, long beach with great views. It’s nicely...

"Everything as expected with the accommodation, great communication throughout from the owners. Great location for beach, Ingoldmels, Skegness or travelling further up and down the coast. "
