"I stayed 4 nights and my room was not serviced properly. I had to get them to make my bed after I retuned daily. I cannot understand why this was not done. I did not go on a bus mans holiday to make beds I do that at home. The food was very good at breakfast. My room was well used. Toilet seat would not stay up and blind needed replacing. I was in room 2."

"Great atmosphere and friendly staff made our stay memorable. Blooms restaurant excellent. Also the good choice for breakfast with local produce very good."

"Enjoyable stay. Lovely room. Friendly staff. Enjoyed use of tennis court. Let down slightly by tiny details. No staff behind bar (had to go and find somebody). Long wait for coffee at breakfast. Getting order wrong for room service. Nobody picking phone up for room service (had to ring Reception in the end…twice). Poor quality club sandwich from room service (bacon and chicken straight out of long stay in fridge!)"

"Lovely reception staff - i wrote the names of the women down but lost them! But they were so welcoming and helpful. The reviews for thie hotel seem quite harsh as this is a solid four star review hotel. The pool and gym are excellent. Breakfast had the best bacon I have had in a hotel but you need to come to breakfast before 9.30. The rooms were clean and modern."
