"The hotel is located across from Tokyo station. It’s very easy to access the public transportation and Shinkansen. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. I think there’s room for improvement with the check in process. Overall I recommend this hotel. "

"Half the floor our room was located on had a constant loud rumble caused by the rails below resonating with the building. This is NOT normal train noises and is constant from 5am to 1am. The staff was unsympathetic and unhelpful. Refusing to change our room or make any effort to resolve the issue. After one night of this noise we decided to cut our losses and booked a new hotel. No refund for remaining nights offered. The elevators were slow and clunky, the bathroom of the room smelt and at times the elevator lobby area also smelt, probably due to the microwave being located there in an enclosed space. Would not recommend this hotel or this company again to anyone."

"The listing on Expedia does not mention you cannot use the amenities if you have tattoos. The amenities are the reason I booked this hotel over their competitors. I would have saved some money and booked elsewhere if I had known this. "
