"The location was awesome able to walk every where we wanted to go in Gatlinburg. The facility was outstanding very, very comfortable. Would recommend to all my family and friends!!"

"Clean and great location"

"We booked 6 rooms for our group for a 2-night stay at Mainstay Suites Gatlinburg. While the hotel looks fairly new and the rooms are equipped with convenient kitchen amenities like a stovetop and full-sized refrigerator, our overall experience was quite frustrating. First, even though we were told the hotel was completely sold out, having our group of 6 rooms scattered across 4 different floors was very inconvenient for us. "For the price its a great value"

"It's so close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg but yet so quiet. The place does need some upgrades to a few of the rooms. We had several cabins/rooms rented and the one I stayed in was perfect. The others needed an update of furniture and the bathrooms for sure. Speaking only on my own accommodations, it was great."

"Great for the price clean room shower great hot water can walk to all of Gatlinburg from room"

"BUENO, CERCA DE TODAS LAS ATRACCIONES A PIE. EL DESAYUNO EXCELENTE COMPLETO, HABITACIÓNES COMODAS."

"The only thing is the property is in a HOA and there is a guy that thinks he is the boss of everyone going around asking questions of every renter trying to intimidate renters with the rules of HOA. First off l am not a member of the HOA so dont be prying and trying to ruin other people's vacation....so l will not be staying here again for that simple reason."

"This place is a little gem. It’s right on the water and is amazing to fall asleep to the babbling brook. There’s a hot tub and fire pit to enjoy and we would absolutely come back. The only issue is the stairs are pretty treacherous and I would not advise for anyone who has issues navigating stairwells. We didn’t have to contact the owners at all, but the interaction we had was very positive."

"Dirty"
