The hotel appears to have been upgraded, the rooms were clean and breakfast was good! Staffing was excellent, kind and helpful. Overall great experience. This was our first time staying here but we will be back.

We had a lovely stay. It may be next to the river but that’s right next to the main road through Gatlinburg. The room was generally clean and had been freshly painted in parts, but it still had an aging feel to it. Convenient for doentown and the Smoky Mountains park.

We had a very nice stay. The rooms were clean and the rooms were very spacious. Loved the outside access with chairs to sit on. Great view of the river and town. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our time here was okay. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. The inn needs to work on their extremely dirty hallway floors and dirty balcony floors. The pool and hot tub were closed for the season and then opened and then closed again. Breakfast was okay. The only meat available is sausage and the orange juice machine was continuously out of order or dispensing watery orange juice. This property has a beautiful view from the rooms, with a comfy bed and a beautiful digital fireplace. A few small fixes will make a huge difference.

The pictures and description of the property is misleading. In much need of some updating and maintenance and even cleaning of the property itself. The staff was great they were helpful and friendly as the electricity has gone out for a little over an hour.

The location was good and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator was good sized. The rippling river that runs just outside the terrace was very pleasant. The property needs some maintenance. Hot tub was broken, outside walkways to rooms desperately in need of new paint job and please replace the incredibly old and very chipped narrow bathtubs! Yuk! The doors to the terrace are strangely narrow, flimsy and don't fit the opening well. It would have been nice to have the abundant bird crap cleaned off the pool chairs. The breakfast was so-so. Some single serve half and half would have helped with the weak coffee but there was only French vanilla or powder creamer...2% doesn't count as coffee creamer.

Great clean room with comfortable furnishings. The mountain stream outside your room is the best part. Nice staff! I've been here many times and always enjoyed it. Off-season is the best time, no crowds and great rates.
