An older motel which appears to have been recently renovated. Rooms are outdated but very well maintained and very clean. Bed was excellent. We had contact with several staff members and they were all pleasant and helpful. Cooked to order breakfast was great and fast.

This motel has been remodeled and is cute. Chef cooked breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Clean and bed is comfortable.

The rooms were pretty clean. They are an older property but have renovated inside and keep the outside looking nice. Good room for the price. Beds are comfortable. Has a microwave and refrigerator. Has a stream that runs behind the building with a balcony to sit and watch it and listen to the peacefulness the mountains are beautiful.

Great location! Trolley stops in front of the hotel. The shower does not stay constant! Changes hot to cold consistently. Pool was clean. Made to order breakfast was great! Owners at the front desk were very friendly. Close to ice cream across the street.

What a great weekend, we spent the weekend for my husband's birthday. The staff was exceptional, very helpful for places to eat, see, and general things to do. Gave us a map for the trolley to go where we needed in Gatlinburg. Breakfast was great and Tony did a good job! We will definitely be staying here again! Hats off to a job well done.

Very clean rooms. It’s a no frills type of stay but I was cool with that. Weekends have the yummy breakfast across street is The Best doughnuts. Catch trolly into Gatlinburg Also. Great restaurant just a couple minutes from hotel

Room was very clean, bed comfortable and shower was awesome. Free, made to order breakfast was good. Thank you Tony. 😊 I just wish there was a dresser or side table to set your belongings on.in the room. Would have also like to see outdoor trash cans. Other than that, nice stay.

Nicely renovated motel with updated rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Motel offers cook to order breakfast on weekends with stay, which is a very nice addition. Far enough away from the main drag for quiet, but walking distance with public shuttle stops nearby. I would stay there again in the future.

Cute little motel. The balcony to the creek was a fun touch. Note for travelers who want more - this room is just a bed, two small nightstands attached to the bed and a long shelf running under the tv. No dressers or tables. There is an area to hang clothes. There is a small fridge, microwave and the bed was comfortable. Clean, obviously redone and worked for what we needed. The made to order breakfast was great.

When we arrived the staff welcomed us very kindly. The place is preaty, they have a pool open lately. The breakfast was excellent!!! The only thing I complained is about the bigs cobwebs in all the hallways, also inside our rooms, the floors wasn't cleaned at all and the headboard was covered in dust. On our first morning, we saw a cockroach, which was not at all pleasant for me. Otherwise, the place is comfortable and very conveniently located for tourist spots and parks. We only stayed for two nights, so it served its purpose well.

The place was located close to many attractions. It was located right next to a flowing stream in the rear, with rooms with balconies overlooking the beautiful stream. It was very relaxing and beautiful to see! There is a large outdoor pool on site which is well maintained. Plenty of pool chairs on site to sit as well. The outside lighting by each hotel room is very unique as they are actually lights inside hanging glass mason jars! The TV screen in our room was huge with a clear, vibrant picture to watch TV prograns. And on weekends, they have a chef on site who makes made to order breakfasts for you, such as omlettes, bacon, eggs any way you like it, with plenty room to eat inside or outside on picnic tables. Great, pleasant, and welcoming staff, clean rooms, all offered at a very budget minded price for such a location as Gatlinburg! We will definitely be coming back here again in the future!

Saturday and Sunday breakfast made to order. The pool was wonderful enjoyed swimming every day after sightseeing in Gatlinburg. Easy trolley access to get to town or travel to the arts and craft community. Beautiful little patio by the creek running behind the rooms. Small family owned and operated establishment.
